Module boards

Setting up a module board

A module board is associated with a specific session and a specific exam sitting. You can use the same board name across different sessions and sittings. For example, if you had an Arts Faculty Module Board to review Arts subjects, this board could have separate instances for First Sitting 2014, Second Sitting 2014 and so on.

One you have set up the board you can add students, panel members and meeting dates.

To set up a module board

1In the Assessments module, select Boards from the top bar.

2In the Tasks panel on the right select Add Module Board.

3If the board represents a new sitting of an existing board, select the board name by clicking the symbol to the right of the Name field. If you are setting up the board for the first time, check the New Name box and give the board its name.

4Complete the remaining details and click Save.
