Customising confirmation emails

The confirmation emails sent out are based on standard templates which you can customise to suit the needs of your organisation.

To customise confirmation emails
  1. Go to Control Centre Set-Up > Email Templates and choose Employer Booking from the Group drop‑down list.

    The Employer Booking Email Templates list opens.

    The CONTACT_CREATE_BOOKING and the EMPLOYER_CREATE_BOOKING templates are used to automatically send emails after bookings have been made.

  2. Click on the Edit button.

    The Email Templates Instances list screen opens.

    In the example above there is only a single template (you can create templates specific to particular course groups).

  3. Choose a template and click the Edit button to open and edit it.

    Available placeholder tags are shown in the Tasks area. If you click on these tags they will be added to the body of the email.

  4. Click Save when you have finished editing the email.
