Using Case Manager

Accessing Case Manager

Case Manager has three categories of user. They each access Case Manager through a different route, as described below.

User category

Access to Case Manager

Administrative users who wish to set up new student services

Choose the Services option from the Quercus Home screen then choose Submit Request from the Engage group of services

Administrative users who wish to process requests received by students

Choose the Interactions option from the Quercus Home screen then choose Submit Request from the Engage group of services

Students who wish to submit requests

Access via the Quercus Student Gateway or via links from the institution’s portal
